Lead Evangelist & Bible Study Leader
Richard Crisco has served as Lead Pastor of Rochester Christian Church since May 2004, faithfully partnering with the congregation to cultivate an authentic community marked by spiritual growth and the presence of God.
He and his wife, Jane, were married in July 1984 and are devoted to their children and grandchildren, all of whom are actively involved in the life of the church family.
With a ministry background shaped by the powerful Brownsville Revival, Richard brings a contagious passion and a Spirit-led vision to every sermon and ministry initiative. His practical teaching style, marked by humility, biblical clarity, and real life application, has helped shape Rochester Christian Church into a vibrant and gospel centered community.

Don is back by popular demand for the 5th year with his lovely wife, Amanda, and 5 kids! Don has also served as a youth pastor, lead pastor, church planter, and currently invests in youth through the public school and coaching. Being a part of the Impact team and sharing the love and truth of Jesus with students at Family Camp makes this week the most special and anticipated week of the year!

My name is Bennett Spies, I’m a 2026 highschool graduate, and I couldn’t be more excited to be the Youth Ministry Intern at Family Camp this year!
Bay Shore has long been my home away from home, and it’s an honor to be a part of the work that God does every year!
I’m the oldest of four siblings, a Communications major, and a big-time Billy Joel fan.
In my free time I love to read, write, and play piano. I also lead worship, preach, and run a junior high small group back at my home church in Ohio!

Jesse has served at Bay Shore Family Camp for 21 years in a row and continues to love watching God work powerfully in and through the youth at Impact. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Jenn, and family. They enjoyed seeing their oldest of 5 get married recently!

Gina Burton has been a face around Bayshore Family Camp for 25 years. She has been a teacher for Tiny Tots, God Squad, and King’sKids over the last 16 or so years. She joins us this year as Children’s Dean where she can continue to spread God’s love to children and further His kingdom.

Bill Comai currently serves as Athletics and Legacy Center Director for Laker Schools, where he’s passionate about investing in students, families, and the broader community. He’s has been a lead pastor and church planter with over 13 years of preaching and teaching Scripture, and 7 years helping to start, coach, and build life-giving churches. Bill regularly has the opportunity to preach and teach at local churches and events throughout the Thumb. He’s a husband and a proud dad who firmly believes the family unit is God’s secret weapon in a world that’s desperate for hope.

Jason Duncan has been the pastor of GCF Vineyard Church in Wilmore, KY for 20 years. In addition to his role at GCF, Jason is the Kentucky Area Leader of the Vineyard Association of Churches (VUSA). He holds a master’s degree from Asbury Theological Seminary and is completing his Doctor of Ministry at Emmanuel Christian Seminary. Jason is from West Virginia where he met and married Kyra (a California girl). Together, they have three kids, two kid-in-laws and a grandson. Jason likes reading, hiking, cooking, great jazz and, like every good Kentuckian, the UK Wildcats.

Mike Norton is married to Sue. Together they have four married children and eleven grandchildren. Mike is retired after serving 35 years of ministry as the founding Pastor of Heritage Church in Sanilac county, Senior Pastor of Sebewaing Trinity, and founding Pastor of Friendship Church in Canton, Mi. He is now a “gentleman farmer” in Eaton Rapids and a favorite interest is spending time on his sailboat – the Golden Child.
The Adult Bible study sessions will be lively and encouraging discussions on the events and periods of the end times as they are relevant to believers, unbelievers, the nations, and the Gospel.
